Descrizione LavoroWe are looking for a Junior Hr Business Partner who will support daily HR operations and contribute to people‐related initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR practices.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes.
Assist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations.
Manage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs.
Support Frames Manufacturing Plant Leaders in achieving business goals through HR reporting, workforce management, team communication, and well‐being surveys.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Contribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth.
Coordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units.
Maintain and update organizational charts.
Main Requirements
Educational background in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Management, or Law
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem‐solving skills and adaptability to different situations
Critical thinking and effective communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
A collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamwork
Ability to adjust communication style based on the context
