Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland). /ph3Mission /h3pIn order to strengthen our Construction team, the Project Manager will be responsible for: /ppResponsible of the Schedule and budget compliance of the projects under her/his responsibility. /ppEPC and PPA Contract Management. /ppSuppliers and contractors’ contract management. /ppMain equipment delivered on time according to the working Schedule. /ppResponsible of the HSEQ compliance policies in the projects. /ppParticipate on the purchasing procedures and definitions of needs. /ppProjects invoice verification and approval. /ppLead on site meetings. /ppMake sure that the projects are accordance with the permits. /ppMake sure that the OM handover is done properly. /ppMake sure that the projects comply with the technical specifications. /ppWeekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…) /ppEnsuring the tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP. /ppParticipating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring. /ppParticipate in the development of backlog projects. /ppReporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase. /ph3Profile /h3pYou have an strongengineering university degree /strong (civil, electrical or similar) to a master’s degree and have 5 years of experience in project management during construction (preferably photovoltaic). /ppstrongEnglish and Italian are mandatory. /strong /ppGood technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry. /ppPMI is a plus. /ppAs a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the projects.
