Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to IT support services' software issues' and technical difficulties via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide comprehensive assistance on troubleshooting' software installation' and system updates. - Guide customers step-by-step through technical processes and ensure they feel supported throughout. - Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system for future reference. - Work closely with the IT department to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and IT support protocols to provide relevant assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Prior experience in customer service' especially in IT support' is preferred. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with IT support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary.
