Responsibilities
* Involved in control algorithms and software development for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications, Electric Motors, Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders.
* Work on activities relevant to Control Systems either for Customer projects or standardization tasks and validation of the relevant solution.
* Develop Control System Software according to technical specifications, including software coding, validation, and verification to guarantee overall control systems quality before site commissioning.
* Analyze systematic and timely nonconformities (NCM / CCM) and attend technical meetings with Project Team, Customers and Supplier.
* Create and maintain Control SW Libraries, foster Control Systems Continuous Improvement processes, implement Lesson Learn (LL) and Corrective / Preventive Actions (CAPA).
* Support New Product and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
* MSc. in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic, Telecommunication, or Automation Engineering.
* Proficient in industrial PLC programming languages and configuration tools.
* Sound knowledge of main industrial network communication protocols and standards, and on control system algorithms design and dynamic systems models design.
* Display knowledge of Advanced Controls Techniques with focus on Model‑based Control.
* Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
* Be able to work in a multi‑cultural team and be willing to travel worldwide up to 10% of the time for short customer meetings and/or site / test bed support.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
