Job Posting Title Junior Service Planner (Temporary) The challenge An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the development of the Service Team at Haier Europe. What you will do The service planner will be responsible of service level for spare parts in warranty and out of warranty and consumables. He/she will guarantee order fulfilment for customers, respecting the target service level and the target stock rotation index in the warehouse. In addition, he/ she will be responsible for the service level to the markets and for the level of stock available in the warehouse of parts provided by internal plants and Chinese suppliers. In particular: - Analyze forecasts and historical data for each SKU and identify action to guarantee the target availability; - Analyze the proposals of replenishment issued by the planning software and confirm/amend the quantity to be ordered to the supplier; - Supplier order issuing, monitoring, expediting and choose of best delivery way; - Supervisoring of supply chain KPI and suppliers KPI; - Cooperate daily with inbound specialists, order management, technical department and logistic specialist in order to guarantee the allocation of the orders in the warehouse; - Put in place corrective action where requested in order to guarantee the respect of lead time of deliveries and the order fulfillment (call/visit to the suppliers); What you need to succeed Must have: Good knowledge of Microsoft package Nice to have: Knowledge of SO99 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Professional Professional Experience: 0-2 years in logistics/supply chain Languages: Fluent in English and Italian Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team; Powerfully in managing the relationship; Excellent skills of synthesis and analysis Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
