OpportunityThe Staccato Field Sales Representative will support the Staccato commercial sales business by maintaining and developing our current commercial business. Working directly with the Field Operations Director, this individual will manage accounts and work with buyers at each of these accounts to help grow the Staccato brand. The role involves pricing updates, educating buyers on product, vendor agreements, new product launches, and returned product. The representative will support commercial trade shows, attend events hosted by their account, schedule customer appointments, and use a CRM tool to manage the account and report to the Field Operations Director and EVP of Sales.Requirements
Develop and strengthen Staccato accountsTrain and demonstrate all products to the customerRecommend products to grow the brandRead and interpret sales data to assist with buying decisionsAssist buyers with administration work needed between both companiesGrow the relationship with the buyer/buying team inside their organizationProvide pricing updates, vendor agreements, new product launches, return authorization assistance, and promotional planningAttend commercial trade shows and support the brandSchedule visits with the account to discuss opportunitiesUse and understand a CRM tool to gather sales data on the accountProvide monthly reporting to Field Operations Director on all accountsWork with Field Operations Director to set up customer visitsMaintain working knowledge of Staccato products, competitors, and the customer baseBuild out a budget for the specific accountProvide assistance where required
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years outside sales experienceMust live in the geographic location of the position or be willing to relocate to FloridaAbility to effectively and safely operate a variety of firearmsStrong knowledge of firearmsClient and account management—manage overall client relationshipComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointExcellent customer relations skillsWorking knowledge of CRM toolExcellent attention to detailStrong B2B sales knowledgeDependable and reliableExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsSelf‐motivated team playerAbility to work a flexible scheduleTravel required: 4 days per week to dealersProblem solving and critical thinkingStrong presentation skillsKnowledge of Staccato products and usage
