Job Description:
* Your mission:
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication with them.
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You train operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage.
* You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them.
* You upgrade our solutions for existing clients.
* You help improve our products and processes through close customer contact.
Your profile:
* At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, with proven successful projects.
* Structured, organized work style, capable of managing multiple tasks in stressful situations.
* Confident communication at C-level, even under pressure.
* Willingness to travel to customers.
* Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required.
