We are looking for a kitchen manager (chef) for the Valdo Gatti pizzeria, located in Lisbon
The ideal person for the role has at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, and has good skills related to:
* leadership and communication
* technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes
* plating skills
Specifically, the selected person will be responsible for:
* managing the kitchen and coordinating the brigade
* planning menus
* ensuring the maintenance of the established quality standard
* managing orders and supplies
* ensuring the correct cleaning of the work area and the kitchen in general
Contratto
Contract :
fixed-term, aimed at permanent employment
This is a full-time job for 6 days a week, organized in variable shifts.
The salary offered is within' a range between €2,000 and €2,500 net per month and will in any case be adequate to the skills and experience of the person
