Back office employee at our container facility in Melzo (Milan)
The candidate will manage commercial and operational back office daily activity in our facility in Melzo. Among the tasks assigned, we consider:
- Collection and delivery of sales offers
- Day to day management of logistic operations (bookings, collection and management of transport bills)
- Daily records of movements arising from the container traffic at the depot
- Daily records of repair estimates and issue for inspected containers
- Daily collection and delivery of requests arising from new and existing customers
Prerequisites
- University / high school degree (preferably with focus on logistics)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good familiarity with the most recent Office packages
- Experience in the logistic sector or similar
We offer a stage period followed by a stable labor contract if prerequisites will be confirmed. The offer is designed to fill up a permanent job vacancy and it’s not for temporary purposes.
