Ph3Company Description /h3 pbLincotek, /b headquartered in Rubbiano, Parma, Italy, is a global contract manufacturer for services in markets including Industrial Gas Turbines, Aerospace and Medical Device applications, as well as a leading manufacturer of industrial coating equipment and one of the most respected producers in the Additive Manufacturing field. The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. /p pFor some legal entities of the group based in Italy and Europe including our group holding in Rubbiano (PR) we are looking for an bAccounting Manager. /b /p h3Position /h3 h3bABOUT THE JOB /b /h3 pThe Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative, financial and tax activities related to the assigned Legal Entities. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines, as defined by the Group CFO and Corporate organization. The ideal candidate will be a senior manager, with proven leadership skills, strong technical expertise and a hands‑on approach to financial operations and compliance. /p h3PRIMARY FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the administrative, accounting and treasury departments for our Italian and Swiss sites. /li liSupervise the implementation of statutory, tax, social security and financial obligations by the administrative team. /li liUpdate and maintain the corporate chart of accounts in alignment with evolving business needs. /li liEnsure accurate and compliant transfer pricing documentation. /li liLiaise regularly with external consultants and auditors to guarantee timely tax filings and regulatory compliance. /li liManage treasury operations, including payment and collection planning and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts. /li liMaintain and manage relationships with tax authorities, statutory boards, consultants and auditors. /li liOversee accounting interactions with suppliers and customers. /li liCoordinate administrative communications with public institutions and social security entities. /li liSupport the preparation of interim and annual financial statements in compliance with local laws and Group policies. /li liEnsure timely and accurate execution of all tax and corporate compliance requirements. /li liDevelop and submit periodic financial and management reports, including budgeting and forecasting. /li liMaintain statutory books, tax registers and accounting archives in accordance with applicable legislation. /li liCommunicate relevant regulatory updates to other departments, ensuring alignment and compliance. /li liResponsible for the monthly closing process and for preparing forecasts and financial reports to be submitted to HQ. /li liAct as the key point of contact for the Supervisory Board, Board of Statutory Auditors and external auditors. /li liSupport the existing finance team in European Countries, with a focus on Italy. /li liManage the finance local team. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5–10 years of solid experience in a similar role within a structured and fast‑paced environment. /li liExcellent command of English (both written and spoken). /li liProficiency in standard MS Office applications. /li liSAP knowledge is considered a strong plus. /li liIn‑depth understanding of general accounting principles. /li liFamiliarity with financial control and reporting systems. /li /ul h3SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY /h3 pYes /p h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul li5–10 years of solid experience in a similar role within a structured and fast‑paced environment. /li liExcellent command of English (both written and spoken). /li liProficiency in standard MS Office applications. /li liSAP knowledge is considered a strong plus. /li liIn‑depth understanding of general accounting principles. /li liFamiliarity with financial control and reporting systems. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong teamworking skills with a collaborative and goal‑oriented mindset. /li liExperience in team management. /li liExcellent multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and efficiency. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach. /liliHigh level of customer and stakeholder orientation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. /li liHigh level of autonomy, accuracy, and goal orientation. /li liStrong self‑management abilities including stress management, resilience, and integrity. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pLincotek providesequal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law. /p h3Information on the Processing of Personal Data /h3 pbINFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA /b /p pbpursuant to art. 13, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 /b /p p(General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) /p pb1.GENERAL INFORMATION /b /p pThis notice describes how your personal data sent for application to open positions through the Lincotek Group recruiting platform is processed. The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. /p pb2.JOINT DATA CONTROLLERS /b /p pIn consideration of the structure of the recruiting process adopted by the Lincotek Group, which makes use of a centralized platform managed by the parent company, the processing of your personal data takes place under a joint bdata controller /b regime pursuant to Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “bGDPR /b”). /p pBelow the joint data controllers are: /pul li Lincotek Group, with registered office in via Mistrali 7, 43046 Rubbiano di Solignano (PR), tax code and VAT number, e‑mail: b(emailprotected) /b, PEC: b(emailprotected) /b, /li li the subsidiary to which the announcement is attributable (hereinafter, ‘the Subsidiary’) /li /ul pLincotek Group and the Subsidiary have jointly determined the purposes and means of the processing of your data for the processing of your application. They have therefore entered into a joint controllership agreement to define their respective responsibilities for compliance with their obligations under the GDPR. The essential content of this agreement is available upon request, to be addressed to the Data Protection Officer at the contacts indicated in paragraph 3 below. /p pIn particular, the agreement designates Lincotek Group as a point of contact to facilitate the exercise of the rights recognized by current legislation. /p pb3.CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA PROTECTION OFFICER /b /p pThe Lincotek Group has appointed a Data Protection Officer (hereinafter, “bDPO /b”), who can be contacted for any matter relating to the processing of personal data and for the exercise of the rights at the e‑mail address: b(emailprotected) /b. /p pb4.PURPOSES AND CONDITIONS OF LAWFULNESS OF THE PROCESSING /b /p pYour personal data will be processed for specifically identified purposes, taking into account the conditions of lawfulness listed below: /p pbPURPOSE /b bCONDITION OF LAWFULNESS /b bNATURE OF THE PROVISION /b /p pa) bManagement of the application for the specific position /b: Assessment of your professional profile, skills and attitudes in relation to the job position for which you have applied, organization of interviews and management of all activities related to the selection process Execution of pre‑contractual measures adopted at your request (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. b), GDPR) Necessary. Failure to consent will in no way affect the evaluation of your application for the current position (purpose a)). /p pe) bExercise or defense of the rights of the Joint Controllers /bYour personal data may be used by the Joint Controllers in order to exercise or defend their rights, in or out of court Legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers in the exercise or defense of its rights (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) Necessary /p pb5.TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING /b /p pBy way of example, for the fulfilment of the purposes listed above, the following types of personal data may be processed: /p pa) identification data of the candidate (name, surname; any photograph, if contained in the CV); /p pb)contact data (home or home address, e‑mail address, telephone number); /p pc)data relating to personal life (place and date of birth, educational qualifications, languages spoken, preferences and aptitudes, skills); /p pd)data relating to professional life (previous work experience); /p pIf you provide data belonging to special categories (e.g. health‑related data, such as belonging to protected categories), such data will be processed only if strictly necessary for the purposes of selection and on the basis of your explicit consent, in accordance with applicable legislation. /p pb6.DATA RETENTION TIME /b /p pYour data will be processed and stored by the company for a period compatible with the purposes of the collection and with the related selection activities, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the provision of the data. If the processing is based on consent, after this period, you may be asked to renew the consent. /p pThe data subject may, however, at any time, request the Data Controller to cease the processing of their personal data, exercising the specific rights provided for by the relevant legislation. /p pb7.PROCESSING METHODS /b /p pThe processing of personal data will be carried out both manually and with the aid of IT tools. The data will be stored in paper and electronic archives. /p pThe Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union: the processing will be carried out exclusively within the European Union. /p pThe selection process may include, in some cases, the use of automated tools for psycho‑aptitude assessment, including profiling, for the sole purpose of what is represented in Article 4, letter b) of this Notice. These tools operate through algorithms that analyze your test responses to develop an aptitude and behavioral profile. The logic used is based on the analysis of the answers provided to the psycho‑aptitude questionnaires, which are processed using predefined parameters to assess characteristics such as: problem solving skills, relational attitudes, leadership styles and compatibility with the role offered. /p pb8.PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA /b /p pWithin the organisational structure of the Data Controller, persons authorised to process, adequately trained, and who have committed to confidentiality, may have access to personal data, within the limits and according to the methods set out in their respective positions and exclusively for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. /p pPersonal data may be processed by third parties, providers of services related to the selection and recruitment process (such as, for example, suppliers of IT and administrative services, companies specialised in software development for psycho‑aptitude assessment and in the processing of test results etc.) operating on behalf of the Data Controller as data processors by virtue of specific agreements pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. /p pPersonal data may also be shared with authorities, bodies and/or subjects to whom it must be communicated by virtue of legal provisions or orders of authorities. These authorities, bodies and/or subjects will operate as independentp /ppPersonal data will not be disseminated. /p pb9.RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT /b /p pUnder the conditions provided for by current legislation, the interested party has the right to exercise the following rights by contacting the e‑mail address b(emailprotected) /b : /p pa) access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), which allows you to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to such data; /p pb) the rectification of personal data (art. 16 of the GDPR), which allows you to obtain the rectification and/or integration of personal data that are inaccurate or incomplete; /p pc) the deletion of personal data (art. 17 of the GDPR), which allows, if the legal conditions are met, to obtain the deletion of personal data; /p pd) the limitation of processing (art. 18 of the GDPR), which allows, in specific cases, to limit the processing of personal data; /p pe) data portability (art. 20 of the GDPR), which allows, in certain cases and with respect only to the data provided by the Whistleblower, to be able to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine‑readable format; /p pf) the opposition (art. 21 of the GDPR), which allows the data subject to object at any time, for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data carried out by the Data Controller for the pursuit of his or her legitimate interest. /p pThe exercise of the rights listed above is free of charge, pursuant to art. 12 of the GDPR.
