Imagine your future with us.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Manager of Social Media to lead our brand's social media presence across North America. This role combines hands‐on day‐to‐day channel management with cross‐functional collaboration to develop innovative content, drive marketplace expansion, and support organizational priorities. You will be a tactical executor who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking.
Manage day to day operations across primary US social channels including X, Facebook, Instagram, and ThreadsDevelop social content in partnership with agency partners that drives engagement and brand affinityMonitor channel performance and optimize posting strategies based on analytics and audience insightsTrack and report on key social media metrics and KPIs across all channels (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.)Develop performance dashboards to monitor real‐time channel health and campaign effectivenessPrepare regular reporting (weekly / monthly / quarterly) on social performance, trends, and insights for leadershipPartner with internal teams (Brand and Content Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Media, Content, Product Marketing) to align social strategy with key product releases and business initiativesCollaborate on content briefs with cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure social amplification of organizational prioritiesWork with Head of Organic Social on implementation of social channels across new marketplace platforms and geographic regionsIdentify opportunities to activate cultural moments and viral trends

4+ years of professional non‐internship marketing experienceExperience managing or working within cross‐functional marketing and creative teams4+ years experience managing multiple social media platformsExperience implementing social platform specific best practices and algorithm dynamicsExperience with social media analytics tools and platformsExperience creating performance reports and dashboardsExperience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi‐territory campaign managementExperience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independentlyExperience with data / analytics and using data to make decisionsExperience in project managementExperience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
