This role in summaryThe intern will support the Central Supply Chain Operating Excellence team in driving digital transformation initiatives across end-to-end Supply Chain processes. You will contribute to projects focused on process automation, analytics improvements and AI enablement, delivering tangible efficiency improvements and innovation across all Supply Chains areas
Your responsibilities will includeSupport the European Supply Chain organization in enhancing existing analytical tools and driving their adoption across the business.Contribute to Supply Chain digitalization initiatives through the implementation of AI agents and LLM-based solutions to enhance existing analytics and reporting capabilities.Support the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) based on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies by mapping Supply Chain processes and identifying tasks suitable for automation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain stakeholders and the IT department to gather business requirements and test digital solutions.Contribute to the creation of new reports and analytical insights based on existing data models, supporting data extraction and transformation activities.Ensure data consistency and monitor daily updates within the existing analytical ecosystem.Support the documentation of processes, technical solutions and best practices to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing
Minimum requirementsCurrently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with foundational knowledge of management concepts and codingSoft skills needed:analytical mindsetproactive attitudestrong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-changing business context with multiple priorities.curiosity and growth mindsetPrevious working experience is a plus.
