We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence. /p h3JOB MISSION /h3 pActing as a Brand Ambassador for Thom Browne, the main job objective is to maintain and operate an efficient stock room enabling the sales team to maximize profitable sales. /p pStock room must be organized, managed and controlled to ensure the luxury quality of Thom Browne products is maintained and stock loss is minimized. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 h3Brand Ambassador /h3 ul liElevate the brand image and having a strong understanding of the brand DNA /li liClient Management /li liSupport Sales Advisors when needed /li liAdvise clients to find products easily /li liEnsure first class client service is delivered and support the sales team by preparing products and advising them on stock availability or whenever the CORE product is scarce and a replenishment is necessary /li liActively drive your product knowledge to ensure you are fully up to date on the whole product range including product care, stock availability and after services offered /li /ul h3Stock Management /h3 ul liEnsure stock room standards that reflect the brand image at all times /li liMake sure that the appropriate quantity of products are in stock, all products are boxed, labelled and stored correctly in the stock room and products on display are properly maintained to reduce stock damage /li liAll internal stock transfers are properly reordered at the time of movement /li liConduct weekly rotative inventories and stock takes so that stock loss is minimized /li liComment and explain discrepancies and resolve the issue by searching for missing products and double checking all stock /li liReport KPIs to the store manager /li liReplenish products to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor at all times /li liEnsure that the stock room is easily accessible and follows all local HS guidelines /li liInform the store management about out-of-stock items etc /li liCheck stationary, supplies, packaging stock levels and place orders to ensure supplies do not run out /li liOrder Follow‑up Control /li liProcess delivery invoices in a timely manner /li liCheck all deliveries and confirm that the stock delivered corresponds to the invoices and that no stock is damaged /li liCommunicate with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers, customs issues etc /li liProcess all orders on a daily basis, in a timely manner to make sure the standards are reflected and the performance maintained /li liOpen tickets to raise eventual issues /li /ul h3THE IDEAL CANDIDATE /h3 ul liMinimum 2/5 years experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury /li liFluent level of Italian and English – any other language will be considered a plus /li liUnderstanding of Retail KPIs /li liPassionate representative of the Thom Browne world /li liHighly organized, self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills /li liGood team player and ability to work independently /li liConfident, professional, comfortable working autonomously; strong communication both written and verbal.
