Position Customer Specialist Precision Diagnostics, based in Northern Italy (with availability to travel nationwide), operating within the Solution Experience Department, reporting directly to the Solution Experience Lead. This role provides technical and application support for our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions, promotes the Precision Diagnostics portfolio, and drives adoption of innovative technologies in the market while balancing technical expertise with a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities Provide detailed consultancy and training to customers on the implementation and use of NGS solutions, ensuring technologies operate according to the highest quality standards.
Actively collaborate with the Sales team to promote Precision Diagnostics solutions to current and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities.
Build strong, long‐lasting relationships with laboratory and hospital staff, ensuring their technical and commercial needs are met.
Manage the resolution of technical issues and support customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Responsible for internal training and staying updated on the latest developments within the portfolio.
Qualifications Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of practical experience in the IVD (In‐Vitro Diagnostics) or medical device industry.
Deep knowledge of NGS technologies and precision diagnostics.
Excellent proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team to achieve goals within set timelines.
Location & Mobility Based in Northern Italy, with availability to travel approximately 90% of the working time across the country. xjrgpwk
