Job Description
The Technology Projects Business Program Manager will be the company focal point for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, in order to show the technology readiness. She/He will report to the Military Advanced Program Manager and will coordinate all the involved functions to meet the program requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, including the coordination of a cross functional program team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of FLIGHT DECK practices across the program by applying standard work, operating rhythm, and KPI/bowler-based performance management
Support the Advanced Program Manager to meet company financial/timing targets within the allocated budget
Manage technology projects planning, assumptions and dependencies
Perform regular risk assessments and manage mitigation activities to address key risks for technology projects, liaising with Program Risk Manager
Liase with Project Control Manager to keep updated planning and check dependencies with other Program activities
Lead the Program Control Board preparation for technology projects related items
Responsible for configuration control of technology demonstrator
Understand security requirements and related implications and if needed, liaising with Security and Compliance departments to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions are set in place
Support Military Advanced Program Manager in managing internal reporting to Senior Leadership and program whitelist
