We are a growing team looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
As Disponente Ufficio Traffico, you’ll work on responsibilities such as owning relationships with carriers to stabilize our rapid growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Collaborate closely with the operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.
* Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers.
* Use your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
* Manage day-to-day operational tasks.
* Analyze and track key metrics using data (Excel).
* Manage workload and priorities efficiently.
* Apply knowledge of geography and transport rules.
* Have 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier.
* Communicate fluently in Italian.
* Pay great attention to detail and adopt an organized approach.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.
* Handle mediation and claims management.
* Possess pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules (plus).
