Your Mission:
We are looking for a Jr Master Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Operations environment, based in Cuneo. In this role, you will support the governance, accuracy and consistency of the company's master data, ensuring that reliable and high‐quality information flows smoothly across production, logistics and commercial processes. You will work closely with cross‐functional and international stakeholders, contributing to supply chain efficiency, product launches and continuous improvement initiatives through data integrity and structured information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and update master data in the ERP system (item master data, bills of materials, packaging data).
- Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness by identifying anomalies and supporting corrective actions.
- Collect, structure and harmonize master data requests coming from Venchi branches (APAC, US), interacting directly with worldwide stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales to gather and validate the information required for accurate data configuration.
- Support the setup of new master data related to product launches, technical changes, new suppliers or new markets.
- Contribute to the definition, documentation and continuous improvement of master data management procedures.
- Prepare reports and analyses on data quality and update internal KPIs.
- Support master data improvement projects, including initiatives linked to digitalization and new system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and food industry requirements related to data accuracy and completeness (traceability, allergens, technical information, standard codifications).
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- A previous experience, even short, in data analysis or supply chain–related roles is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes, ideally within retail or FMCG environments.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset.
- Structured, precise and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross‐functional teams.
- Good communication skills, problem‐solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive approach in suggesting solutions to optimize data flows and information processes.
