The ideal candidate combines legal acumen with strategic thinking and excels in presenting insights and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive management of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolios, including in-depth due diligence and strategic analysis.
Comprehensive evaluation of assigned NPL portfolios, with a strong focus on collateral assessment, debtor profiling, and legal-financial stakeholder analysis.
Development and execution of tailored recovery strategies aimed at maximizing asset value and optimizing collection performance.
Coordination and oversight of recovery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Strategic analysis of collateral and real estate assets, including land registry and cadastral status assessments.
Active monitoring of legal proceedings, maintaining direct communication with courts and bankruptcy trustees.
Management and supervision of external legal counsel to ensure effective litigation and recovery outcomes.
Timely and accurate reporting through advanced portfolio management systems.Competenze ed esperienzaRequirements: Master's degree in Law or related disciplines.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
