For our client, a leading multinational company, we are searching for a LABOUR COST & PAYROLL MANAGER ITALY AND FRANCE. Main Responsibilities: - Actively participate in HR processes and procedures implementation and maintenance - Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions - Coordinate all payroll tasks (agency workers flow, Uniemens contributions and F24 form, control of monthly/annual reports, managing relations with authorities, constant regulatory and collective contract updating ) - Ensure timely and accurate monthly Headcount and Personnel Cost reports - Analyze and adapt Labor Cost calculation procedures according to legal legislations and collective agreements updates - Provide structured and strategical feedback at all levels - Manage the validation of the monthly closure, performing an accurate variances analysis - Manage and verify of attendance and payroll flow - Support HR and Finance top management preparing ad hoc cost estimations/analysis - Support HR team on HR continuous improvement management - Perform KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, etc.) - Conduct monthly checks to ensure the full accuracy of HR systems data - Coordinate and manage relations with the external consultancy firms/studies/companies - Support in the digitalization and other _ad hoc_ corporate projects Requirements: - Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent; BSc/BA in HR, business, accounting or relevant field is a plus. - At least 3/5 years of experience as HR Labor Cost Specialist and HR Payroll Manager or Specialist, but with proven managerial skill and approach - Experience within structured company in Manufacturing\Mechanical Industry is a plus - Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll requirements and best practices - Specific knowledge of the regulatory, procedural and administrative aspects relating to payroll/wages/contributions/costs, etc. - Specific knowledge of the CCNL Mechanical Industry is a plus - Labor cost & HR Data analysis, reporting, statistics skills - Proven knowledge of legislation and regulations of the Italian field - Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases (Zucchetti, Success Factors ) - Ability to use payroll analytical software - Fluent English, both written and spoken - Complete the profile:_ - Strong attention to details and deadlines respect - Proactive and strategical approach - Available to national and international business trips - Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
