Mission:
As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Automotive sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Scientific disciplines or equivalent qualification
- Experience as Scrum Master, preferably in Automotive and/or AI-driven software environments
- Strong experience with backlog management using Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with high-level HW/SW requirements definition
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards
- Experience in management system documentation (procedures, instructions, standards)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic architectures and vehicle systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting activities
- Good knowledge of English and Italian
- Project management and problem-solving skills (PDCA, tracking, follow-up)
