Our Smart Infrastructure division acts as a technology partner, providing services and products related to personal safety, building security, automation, and climate control. Your Challenge Manage active contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specifications and regulations, including safety and environmental laws. Main Activities Handle administrative contract management, customer satisfaction, penalties/claims, and contract closures. Perform project risk analysis. Monitor project progress and budgets, initiating corrective actions as needed. Clarify customer objectives and project specifications. Coordinate planning and resource allocation. Organize project meetings and communicate with stakeholders. Manage and motivate the project team, assigning tasks based on competence. Ensure compliance with project management standards and regulations. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Agreement Manager. Knowledge of Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems. Understanding of health and safety legislation. Technical diploma or degree. Customer-oriented with initiative and autonomy. Experience with Pharma VM and GMP standards is a plus. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Teamwork ability with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in Italian and English. Willingness to travel for short business trips.
