Legal counsel

Experteer Overview

As Legal Counsel, you will support contracts, regulatory matters and legal advice across EMEA and globally. You will draft and negotiate commercial, procurement, logistics agreements and NDAs for sourcing and R&D teams. You will provide regulatory guidance on medical devices, PPE, clinical trials, and environmental issues, collaborating with the Ops legal team in Agordo, Milano and Paris. You help manage legal risk and enable cross-border operations in a dynamic, global organization.

• Review, draft and negotiate services and purchasing agreements, logistics and other commercial contracts
• Draft and negotiate development and collaboration agreements for R&D
• Provide regulatory legal advice on medical devices, PPE, and related documentation
• Support in organizing trainings, drafting templates, intercompany agreements, and NDAs
• Offer general legal support to internal clients and other members of the Ops legal team

Responsabilità

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial law
• Basic expertise in regulatory matters
• Experience in sourcing and procurement contracts
• Knowledge of medical devices regulation (strong plus)
• Life science practice experience in a law firm (advantage)
