Your Role
We are searching for a Digital Product Designer to create user-friendly, high-fidelity interface mockups and prototypes. This role involves understanding customer feedback, applying responsive design techniques, and contributing to the product development process through innovative ideas and designs.
Your Impact
* Design seamless, high-quality experiences across a multi-device ecosystem (mobile, embedded interfaces, web)
* Translate user needs, behavioral data and business goals into intuitive and scalable solutions
* Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to interaction, motion and visual clarity
* Prototype experiences rapidly (including AI-driven interactions) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users
* Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Use data and product analytics to evaluate released features, define benchmarks and drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams in a continuous discovery and delivery process
* Explore emerging patterns in AI, personalization and adaptive interfaces to shape future experiences
* Define interaction patterns that scale across different contexts (e.g. mobile, large screens, embedded devices)
* Communicate design decisions clearly, providing detailed specs and rationale to engineering teams
About You
You are curious, hands-on and systems-oriented. You care about both craft and impact. You think in flows, not screens. You’re not just executing — you’re shaping the product. A passion for wellness, performance or human-centered technology is a strong plus.
What you should bring
* 1-2 years of experience in Digital Product Design (UX/UI) within product teams
* Strong experience designing end-to-end experiences (not just screens)
* Solid understanding of Design Systems and scalable design principles
* Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma and beyond)
* Experience working with data-informed design and product metrics
* Ability to prototype interactions (including advanced or AI-driven concepts)
* Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across devices
* Excellent visual and interaction design skills (typography, motion, hierarchy)
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
