We are seeking a Cloud Architect specialized in designing contact center solutions on AWS (Amazon Connect). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve operational bottlenecks, and lead initiatives that enhance performance and sustainability.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement AWS-based contact center solutions (Amazon Connect).
* Perform requirements analysis and translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures.
* Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience.
* Develop and optimize Contact Flows for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Measure and tune operational KPIs (ASA, AHT, FCR).
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation planning.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and technical excellence.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years of experience in Cloud Architecture / AWS Contact Center solutions.
* Strong expertise in:
* Amazon Connect (mandatory)
* AWS Lambda (design/orchestration focus)
* S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM
* Experience with serverless architectures and API integrations (CRM/ERP).
* Analytical mindset: problem decomposition, hypothesis definition, rapid testing.
* Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
