Required Qualifications
- Motivated and flexible with strong adaptability to project needs
- Passionate about programming and software development
- Enthusiastic about AI paradigms, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
