We are looking for a native or fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Native or fluent in Italian
* Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
* Strong communication and xrdztoy problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus
* EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
* Paid training and ongoing support
* Full relocation support including flight within the EU and temporary accommodation
* Dynamic, international, and supportive work environment
