The Avionic Subsystem Engineer will act as a key reference person for the Avionic design at subsystem level, with focus on architecture and budgets, on data interfaces and data handling, on definition and configuration of data protocols, on definition of the FDIR concept and architecture, on definition of input specifications for the Avionic units (HW, SW and Firmware where applicable, with focus on Avionics ASW baseline definition for the on-board computer). After the design phase, it will either act as technical reference for the Avionic procurement (at subsystem or unit level) or as a technical reference for the Avionics HW and SW development, integration and verification. He will also support testing at the different stages of integration, by the definition of test specification, support of testing activities and review of test reports. Responsibilities
