Job Description
As an IT support technician in our Warehouse IT in Nogarole Rocca, you are the first contact person for 1st and 2nd level support and monitor our network structure.

What we’d love you to do
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support for workplace systems (Windows) and production sites (Linux).
* Troubleshoot in desktop, printer and mobile area.
* Setup and upgrade workplaces and infrastructure.
* Monitor network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, Wi‑Fi).
* Fault analysis in WAN and LAN using appropriate network protocols.
We’d love to meet you if
* You have previous professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support (experience in IT logistics field is an advantage).
* You have solid network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
* You have knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, FTP, SSH (advantage).
* You have completed education in IT field.
* You have experience handling Linux systems.
* You have experience in the field of data protection and data security.
* You communicate fluently in English and Italian.
* You are willing to work in shifts and onsite.
