You live and breathe customer satisfaction and go up over and beyond to make that happen we invite you to join our growing team.To keep on offering excellent service to our customers, we are looking for aCustomer Acquisition Representative for our businessinCaorso,Italy.The Opportunity\nYou will generate and qualify sales opportunities in the heavy equipment auction space through a combination of inbound lead engagement and targeted outbound prospecting. Acting as the bridge between marketing and sales, you will respond quickly to interested prospects, understand their equipment needs, and pass qualified opportunities to Territory Managers or other sales team members.\nThe successful candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and confident initiating meaningful conversations, with equal comfort handling warm inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach.\nWhat you’ll do\nOutbound prospecting : Execute targeted cold calling, email, and social outreach to generate new leads and re-engage dormant customers.\nInbound follow-up : Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and convert marketing-qualified leads into active opportunities.\nLead qualification : Assess prospect needs, determine sales readiness, and route qualified leads to Territory Managers.\nData management : Maintain accurate and timely CRM records of all interactions, lead status updates, and customer details.\nSales collaboration : Partner closely with Territory Managers to ensure smooth and well-informed lead handovers.\nPipeline & performance : Build a strong pipeline while consistently meeting response time, conversion, and activity KPIs.\nWhat you bring\nYou are proactive, resilient, and motivated by results in a fast-paced sales environment. You enjoy starting conversations, building rapport quickly, and maintaining a disciplined, organized approach to follow-up and pipeline management.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business or a related field preferred.\n2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.\nProven experience with outbound prospecting.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.\nExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).\nBasic understanding of the heavy equipment or auction industry is a plus.\nFluency in English and Italian + an additional European language is required.\nWhat we offer\nInternational and collaborative work environment\nCompetitive base salary + premio\nPermanent contract\nMedical and Life Insurance\nPension plan\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nGym allowanceWho are we?\nRitchie Bros. has grown from a small-town auctioneer to a global asset management and disposition company.
