We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an HR Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
- Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
- Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
- Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience.
- Employee relations case handling
- Disciplinary processes
- Investigations / grievances
- Hands-on HR operations
1+ year(s) employee relations experience.
