My client is looking for a MongoDB DBA to join their growing consultancy team in Rome, Italy. You will take ownership of database performance, replication, and sharding strategies, ensuring optimal configurations and efficient operations. About You
You are an experienced DBA with a strong MongoDB background, comfortable with high-performance database operations and optimization. You enjoy tackling complex database challenges and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* 2+ years of experience in MongoDB database management, including manual builds, replica set configurations, and sharded clusters.
* Experience with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB is a plus.
* Proven ability to fine-tune performance, implement optimal solutions, and manage upgrades.
* Comfortable working independently and challenging the norm to improve database efficiency.
