Process quotes into orders using ERP /li liConnects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate /li liTracks account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and opportunities /li liCollaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to achieve the requested results /li liBased on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable /li liMeets established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Educational Background (High School or Bachelor's Degree) /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liTurkish or Spanish fluency will be considered a plus /li liProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software /li liBusiness acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes /li liSufficient understanding of core UL products/services for the aligned industry to effectively generate quotes /li liStrong communication and administrative skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
