Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support.
This role requires coverage of multiple European countries, familiarity with European labor laws, and multilingual proficiency. As an HR expert, you will own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Ensure accurate and compliant payroll calculations.
3. Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
4. Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Data-driven mindset: challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.

Interview Process
1. Preliminary Screening: HR communication.
2. First-round Interview: Video interview with the department head to assess suitability.
3. Final-round Interview: Video interview with the company's CEO about the position and career development.
