Your role
We are looking for a Real Estate Strategy & Transformation Manager who will play a dual role within the Corporate Real Estate & Store Development team.On one side, the role will provide expert guidance, coordination and challenge on all market proposals related to real estate strategies and specific deals (offices and retail), ensuring consistency, value creation and alignment with corporate standards.At the same time, the role will act as project leader for two major transformation programs that will redesign our way of working of real estate, integrating the right BI tools, governance and adoption models to support the business and ensure effective implementation across markets.
Main responsibilities
Lead the corporate review of real estate strategies and deal proposals submitted by markets, ensuring financial robustness, strategic alignment and negotiation excellence.
Challenge, guide and support markets on deal structuring, site selection, portfolio optimization and lease negotiation for both retail and office assets.
Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Construction and Design teams to validate the end-to-end business case for each major investment.
Act as project leader for two cross-functional transformation programs aimed at redefining Real Estate ways of working, including data governance, workflow redesign and BI tool deployment.
Define, develop and coordinate BI dashboards and analytical tools needed to support strategic decision-making in Real Estate.
Ensure market adoption of new processes, tools and methodologies through structured governance, training sessions and performance tracking.
Consolidate market inputs into global RE strategies, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities.
Facilitate alignment between corporate functions and markets, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
Main requirements
5 – 7 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management or lease negotiation, ideally in international and multi-market contexts.
Strong experience negotiating retail and office deals, with proven ability to assess and challenge financial models, ROI, commercial terms and risk profiles.
Solid understanding of construction, design and technical feasibility considerations (nice-to-have).
Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong BI and analytical skills, with hands-on capability in building dashboards, structuring data models and translating insight into business recommendations.
High level of autonomy, problem-solving attitude, and resilience in complex, fast-changing environments.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
