Hence, we are committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and innovative professional environment where collaboration and listening are part of our model. /p pWe place people at the center, ensuring a balance between work and private life, promoting flexibility and well-being, company welfare, meal vouchers, within a culture that celebrates success and shares moments of conviviality. /p pTotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion. /p pThe Job holder will support the proper execution of purchasing operations by performing the following activities: /p ul liCreate and maintain the materials master data for use across all areas of the Company owned material /li liHandle the reception of materials purchase requisitions /li liGroup materials requisitions to reduce process costs, compile tender packages and organize call for tender / request for quotation /li liAnswer to tenderers requests for clarification /li liStudy, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions /li liOrganize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POs /li liEnsure the follow-up of purchase orders until complete reception and payment /li liEnsure rapid and correct validation of PO’s /li liEnsure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s from suppliers /li liEnsure Suppliers’ deliveries on time /li liFollow-up of goods receipt until affiliate’s central warehouse. /li liNegotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractors /li liClarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliers /li liAdhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP) /li /ul bWe offer a one-year employment contract through a staffing agency /b ul liMaster’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering /li liInternational exposure /li liPrevious experience in purchasing goods and/or services in the petroleum industry will be a plus /li liInterpersonal skills, problem solving, planning and organization /li liEnglish and Italian mandatory /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
