Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders)Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customersAsk the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessaryAttend supplier meetings for annual negotiation of shipping contractsArrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services)Complete export documents (customs documents)Complete delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet)Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilitiesHandling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customersRespect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport)
Requirements
Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 yearsManagement experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activitiesLanguages: English and second LanguageHighest Education Level: Degree in Economics
