Reporting directly to the office manager, the candidate will be responsible for : Collecting and archiving documents related to properties and verifying their correctness. Contacting Notary Offices / Professionals during the deed preparation process and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and other officials as necessary. Assisting the office in managing practices and issues between parties before the notarial deed. Participating in the signing of the preliminary sales agreement. Maintaining relationships with clients and involved parties. Performing customer care activities to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements : Diploma in Geometra / Law degree or Degree in Legal Service Sciences. Previous experience in notarial contexts (preferred). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and work planning abilities. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
