About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and brilliant R&D Program Manager to join our HQ team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). The role involves leading product development project planning within a multi-project, matrix organization, defining integrated development scenarios, monitoring milestones, critical tasks, deadlines, and analyzing deviations.
Responsibilities
* Analyze resource workload and predict future needs
* Conduct risk analysis and monitor critical tasks and deadlines, updating the program deviation analysis
* Organize update/progress meetings, detect deviations, and support recovery plans and work-arounds to meet deadlines
* Coordinate new product development planning and launch activities across functions
* Collect information on project progress during different development stages and continuously update plans
* Provide control reports to monitor timing and forecast project schedules
* Analyze deviation events to improve development processes and reduce Time To Market
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Electronic)
* Previous experience in similar roles within structured organizations such as automotive, machinery, construction, or related fields
* Knowledge of product development processes and structured approaches
* Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera, Smart Sheet, MS Project)
* Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill)
* Understanding of technical company processes
* Fluency in English
* Ability to optimize resource use
* Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills
* Wellness-oriented mindset
