What You’ll Own
Define and execute product‑led, community‑led and commercially driven growth strategiesStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystemBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experienceBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processesDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial prioritiesIdentify and develop synergies across the platformsAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user‑based businessesA solid background in product‑led growth, digital marketing, community and retentionExperience managing P&L;, budgets, KPIs and cross‑functional teamsStrong execution skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable resultsUnderstanding of AI‑enabled products and how they can improve learning experiencesExposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business developmentStrong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teamsExcellent communication skills and international exposureFluency in English;
Italian is also important for the roleAvailability to work from Turin, with travel when needed
Nice to Have
Experience in EdTech, online learning or higher educationExperience with user‑generated content platforms or communitiesExposure to subscription models, digital monetization or marketplace dynamicsTechnical or STEM backgroundExperience in regulated or accreditation‑driven environments
