Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
- Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining sales floor standards.
- Verify sales floor stock, replacing it when necessary to ensure the full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
- Preferably some experience in customer‑facing roles outside of retail.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
