This is a site-based role as the Site Manager is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and providing an up‑to‑date insight into the status of a project in communication with multiple stakeholders within the project team. /p ul liOversee and direct the construction of the project up to its completion /li liReview the project in‑depth to schedule deliverables and evaluate extra costs when requested /li liOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and required safety regulations and internal company practices (HSE) /li liCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors /li liTrack physical progress, cross‑evaluating with cost and schedule plans /li liMeet contractual conditions of performance /li liReview the work progress on a daily basis /li liPrepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job status /li liPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones /li liAnalyze, manage and mitigate risks /li liEnsure quality construction standards from Italy and the use of proper construction techniques /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFrom 2 to 6 years of working experience in construction management /li liIdeally experience in real estate /li liKnowledge of construction management processes, means and methods /li liUnderstanding of all facets of the construction process /li liCompetent in conflict and crisis management /li liLeadership and management skills /li liExcellent time and project management skills /li liBS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field /li liFluency in Italian and English is mandatory /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
