We are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer to join our team and work on technical activities related to testing, diagnostics, and validation of automotive systems.
This position is ideal for a junior profile, such as recent graduates with a strong motivation and interest in hands-on technical work.
The role involves:
- Functional testing and validation of electronic components and systems;
- Diagnostics, including advanced diagnostic activities on ECUs and automotive systems;
- Understanding the basic software logic behind the systems under test;
- Practical hardware validation, requirement verification, and analysis of test results;
- Reporting, documentation, and interpretation of test outcomes.
- A degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields;
- A strong inclination toward hands-on work, experimentation, and technical/practical activities;
- Ability to understand basic software behavior and logic;
- Precision, attention to detail, and reliability;
- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken;
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, potentially over 75% of monthly working time, in compliance with applicable regulations.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
