About the job:
* Support the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modifications
* Coordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new products
* Prototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Support mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activities
* Translate customer requirements into product specifications
* Drive innovative technical solutions
* Manage global stakeholders, both internal and external
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in hardware design and development
* Proficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium Designer
* Background in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plus
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
* Proactive self‑starter with a strong drive to learn and apply new concepts
* Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
Offered salary range: €45,000‑€60,000 gross
