We are looking for a Data Admin for a client company in the Aerospace industry
Responsibilities:
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Entering (transfer and condense) data from various sources into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies.
• Copying, printing and scanning files and generating reports.
• Filing Documents in the Library
• Troubleshooting processing errors.
• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
• Testing new database systems and software updates.
• Interacts with clients as well as team members regarding data input.
Requirements:
* Fluent English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and communication.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong familiarity with MS Office applications.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new database systems quickly and accurately.
* Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, handling structured information and documentation workflows.
* Skilled typing and data management abilities suitable for handling large information volumes efficiently.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy when entering and reviewing data.
* Proven ability to work under deadlines and time constraints while maintaining data quality.
* Strong organizational and teamwork skills to coordinate data entry activities effectively with colleagues.
* Understanding of Airline Engineering Data Sets is considered a plus and supports handling specialized aerospace data.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-hour lunch break
Expected hiring with contract type: Temporary agency contract starting on June 20th, with possibility of future direct hiring/internalization within the client company,
CCNL Commercio – Level 3 – Gross annual salary of around €28,000 - €30.000
