+ Execute Sterile department operations to ensure flawless execution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
+ Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.

+ Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.
**Education**
+ High school diploma required.
**Experience**
+ Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing role.
+ Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is preferred.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.
**Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
+ Ability to stand for extended periods.
+ Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
+ Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
