Ph3Your Impact /h3 pWe’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join the Buddyfit Lifecycle CRM Team. If you’re data-driven, organized, curious about user behaviour, and passionate about fitness, wellness and digital products, you’ll feel right at home here. /p h3Your mission /h3 pSupport the planning and execution of CRM campaigns. Help build and run email, push and in-app campaigns (from brief to QA), making sure the right users receive the right message at the right time. /p ul liWork on segmentation and audience building. Collaborate with the team to create and refine user segments based on behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stage across different markets. /li liAnalyze performance and share insights. Monitor key metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, churn, etc.) and help turn numbers into actionable insights to improve our journeys and tests. /li liSupport A/B testing and optimisation. Help set up, track and interpret A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, audiences and flows to keep improving our CRM performance. /li liCollaborate with multiple teams. Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Product and Content teams to ensure CRM activities are aligned with campaigns, launches and overall strategy. /li liKeep our data and journeys organized. Help maintain internal documentation, coordinate campaign calendars and support day-to-day CRM operations to keep everything running smoothly. /li liStay curious about users and the industry. Keep an eye on CRM and retention best practices, and bring fresh ideas on how to engage and retain our community across channels. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements /h3 ul li1/3 years of experience with CRM management platform and marketing automation /li liStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) /li liExcellent written and spoken English (B2+) and at least one of the following as native/near-native: Italian or Spanish /li liAttention to detail and strong time-management abilities: you can handle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing accuracy /li liCuriosity for user behaviour, digital products and data-driven marketing /li liPassion for fitness, wellness and tech is a big plus /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA young, energetic work environment: we work hard, we support each other, and we genuinely enjoy being a team. /li liA growth-oriented mindset: we’re ambitious — extremely ambitious.
