We are on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to smoke-free alternatives across all markets globally.The RoleHaypp Group is scaling its Retail Media offering, and we’re looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to build and own our ad operations function from the ground up. This is a foundational role within the Media Partnerships team. You will be responsible for owning and scaling our ad operations capabilities from scratch. If you enjoy structure, problem-solving, and turning complexity into smooth, efficient processes, this role is for you. As Ad Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to campaign setup, tracking, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Retail Media Managers, Retail Media Analysts, and our Product & Inventory teams to ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly and smarter over time.
