Join our team and shape the future of smart building automation We are looking for an electronics technician to join our Technical customer support team,in LEGNANO, Milano Italy Key Responsibilities: - Offer remote technical support to installers - Management of the helpdesk - Offer in-person or remote customer training on specific products or topics - RMA management - Engagement with technical support functions in foreign countries The CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE function interfaces with the technical and production departments to generate product or process improvement feedback. It also analyzes problems and proposes solutions or improvement actions to R&D, production, and documentation areas. Qualifications: - Demonstrates a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of electrical systems. - Demonstrated proficiency in the fundamental principles of bus systems, with a preference for KNX expertise. - Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and a positive approach to dialogue.
