Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Technical Customer Support provides excellent support to our Customers involving and assisting remotely our systems users in hospitals and stand-alone laboratory environments. The essential requirements of the job include Scientific degree (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering or similar) 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role in the Medical Diagnostics industry Proficient Italian and English is mandatory. Demonstrate ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and / or electronic medical equipment, software and networking logics. Ability to interact with customers regarding admin documentation Ability to work in team with a strong focus on problem solving.
