In this role you will respond directly to the Managing Director Fabriano Business and you will be responsible for facilitating organizational change ensuring that business process and strategy align with the business goals. You will boost the continuous improvement with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable process optimization. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liChange Management: Provide expertise in recommending and facilitating organizational, business, and process changes throughout the enterprise using appropriate change management tools and techniques. /li liStrategic Planning: Identify areas of needed change and develop comprehensive transformation strategies that align with business objectives. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that transformation initiatives are on schedule and meet the desired outcomes. /li liProcess Improvement: Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes, ensuring alignment and standardization across the organization. /li liLeadership: Provide effective leadership and management of continuous improvement disciplines, guiding project teams and driving collaboration and productivity. /li liPerformance Measurement: Measure the success of transformation initiatives and provide regular progress updates to senior management. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience as a Transformation Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business strategy and operational efficiency. /li liDegree in Engineering, Economics. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. /li liLeadership and team management skills are required. /li liVery strong appetite for Process improvements and Customer satisfaction. /li liStrong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. /li liStrong analytical skills and data driven decision making. /li liExperience in Lean projects and process improvement. /li liStrong data analysis and KPI management skills. /li liAbility to work with targets and manage priorities autonomously. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management and ability for end-to-end project management. /li liKnowledge of the paper industry will be considered a plus. /li liFluent knowledge of English and Italian. /li /ul h3Based in /h3 pFabriano, Marche /p h3What To Expect From Recruiting Process /h3 pYou’ll meet with HR, Transformation Manager and Managing Director of Fabriano Business. /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
